These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Revenue Optimization & Intelligence platform ("ROI," "the Platform," or "the Service") operated by 71 Model LLC, doing business as Revenue Optimization & Intelligence (ROI) ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), accessible at www.roithatworks.com.
By creating an account, subscribing to any plan, or otherwise accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.
Revenue Optimization & Intelligence is a revenue cycle intelligence platform designed for medical billing professionals, practice managers, and healthcare administrative staff. The Platform provides:
The Platform provides informational and workflow tools only. Nothing on the Platform constitutes legal, medical, or regulatory advice. Platform content is based on the founder's professional experience and publicly available coding standards and is intended for use by qualified healthcare billing and administrative professionals.
To access full Platform features, you must create an account and maintain an active subscription. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Three subscription tiers are available: Basic, Pro, and Premium. Features available at each tier are described on the pricing page at www.roithatworks.com/pricing.html. Founding Member pricing is subject to the terms described at the time of purchase, including the rate lock and escalation terms disclosed at signup.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account and to update that information as necessary.
Subject to these Terms and your active subscription, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your own internal business purposes, specifically for revenue cycle management activities within your practice or organization.
You may use Platform content and outputs — including audit results, denial code guidance, appeal templates, and action plans — in the operation of your healthcare billing practice. You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense access to the Platform or its content to third parties except as expressly permitted under a Licensed Deployment agreement with Revenue Optimization & Intelligence.

All content, tools, databases, methodologies, templates, audit frameworks, and code comprising the Platform are the exclusive intellectual property of Revenue Optimization & Intelligence and its founder, Mindy Corbett. This includes but is not limited to:
You receive a license to use Platform outputs as described in Section 4. You do not receive any ownership interest in the underlying tools, databases, or methodology. Outputs produced during a consulting engagement (audit reports, structured data files, action plans) belong to the client. The tools and infrastructure used to produce those outputs belong to Revenue Optimization & Intelligence.
The ROI name, logo, and tagline "Revenue cycle intelligence, built from the inside." are trademarks of Revenue Optimization & Intelligence.
The ROI Platform is designed to operate with de-identified, aggregate, or operational data. The core Platform tools — the EDI Lab, audit, action plan, calculator, and templates — do not require and should not receive patient-identifiable information or Protected Health Information (PHI) as defined under HIPAA.
Premium consulting services may involve discussion of PHI in the context of reviewing a practice's billing operations. If your consulting engagement will involve PHI, a Business Associate Agreement must be executed prior to the engagement. Contact hello@roithatworks.com to initiate a BAA for consulting services.
You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Platform complies with HIPAA and all applicable federal and state privacy laws. Revenue Optimization & Intelligence is not liable for PHI inadvertently entered into Platform tools by users in violation of these Terms.
Premium subscribers receive up to one (1) hour per month of private consulting with the founder. Additional hours are available at $295 per hour, billed separately. Consulting hours do not roll over from month to month and are forfeited if unused.
Project-based and retainer consulting engagements are governed by a separate written engagement agreement. Consulting outputs — reports, structured data files, audit scorecards — belong to the client. All tools, databases, validators, and infrastructure used to produce those outputs remain the exclusive property of Revenue Optimization & Intelligence.
Consulting services constitute professional advisory services based on the founder's experience and judgment. They do not constitute legal, medical billing compliance certification, or regulatory representation.
Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Revenue Optimization & Intelligence to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the applicable subscription rate.
Founding Member rates are locked for twenty-four (24) months from the date of initial subscription. After the initial lock period, rates may increase by a maximum of ten percent (10%) every twenty-four (24) months. Founding Member rates will never exceed fifty percent (50%) of the then-current standard rate for the same plan. You will receive sixty (60) days advance written notice before any rate change takes effect.
All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as otherwise agreed in writing. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access through the end of the current billing period.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. REVENUE OPTIMIZATION & INTELLIGENCE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
Platform content — including denial code guidance, audit checkpoints, appeal templates, and action plans — is based on professional experience and publicly available coding standards. It is provided for informational and operational purposes only and does not constitute legal, compliance, or regulatory advice. Coding and billing rules vary by payer, specialty, and state. Always verify guidance against your specific payer contracts and applicable regulations.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, REVENUE OPTIMIZATION & INTELLIGENCE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF REVENUE, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting subscriptions@roithatworks.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform immediately, without notice, if you violate these Terms, engage in prohibited use, or if your payment fails and is not resolved within seven (7) days. Upon termination, your license to access the Platform ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to the address on your account with at least thirty (30) days' notice. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance.
