Revenue Optimization & Intelligence does not sell your personal information to third parties, does not share it with data brokers, and does not use it for targeted advertising. This page explains your privacy rights under applicable state laws and provides a way to submit any privacy-related requests.
Under California's CCPA/CPRA, "selling" means disclosing personal information to a third party for money or other valuable consideration. "Sharing" means disclosing personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising — using your information to show you targeted ads on other websites.
ROI does not do either of these things. We share data with a limited set of service providers (Oracle Cloud for hosting, Stripe for payments, and analytics tools) solely for the purpose of operating the platform. These providers are contractually prohibited from using your data for any other purpose.
However, under some state laws, sharing data with analytics vendors may technically qualify as "sharing" personal information. Out of an abundance of caution and respect for your rights, we provide this opt-out page regardless.

You may designate an authorized agent to submit a privacy rights request on your behalf. Authorized agent requests must be accompanied by written proof of authorization signed by you, or a power of attorney. We may also require you to directly verify your identity. Submit authorized agent requests to hello@roithatworks.com.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights. Exercising your rights will not result in denial of services, different pricing, or a different quality of service — unless the difference is reasonably related to the value of your data to us, which for ROI is minimal.
If you prefer to submit your request by email, contact us at hello@roithatworks.com with the subject line "Privacy Rights Request." Please include your name, email address, state of residence, and the specific right(s) you are exercising. We respond to all requests within 45 days.
