Our Commitment

WCAG 2.1 Level AA

Revenue Optimization & Intelligence is committed to ensuring that our platform at www.roithatworks.com is accessible to people with disabilities. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, which is the standard referenced by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act.

We recognize that accessibility is an ongoing effort, not a one-time task. We are actively working to identify and resolve accessibility issues, and we welcome feedback from users about barriers they encounter.

Target resolution: Q2 2026
WCAG 1.1.1
Some decorative icons in platform tool cards are missing aria-hidden attributes, which may cause screen readers to announce meaningless content.

WCAG 1.2.2
Training videos in the Resource Center do not yet have closed captions. We are sourcing captioning for all video content.
Target resolution: Q3 2026
WCAG 2.4.7
Focus indicators on some interactive elements (buttons, links) are not sufficiently visible in all browsers. We are implementing a consistent visible focus style.

Disproportionate Burden & Exemptions

ROI is a small, single-founder platform. We are committed to accessibility but acknowledge that some improvements require development resources that we are building toward. We have documented our known issues above and have set target resolution dates. We believe this constitutes a good-faith accessibility program appropriate for an organization of our size.

We do not consider any current known issue to present a disproportionate burden on the organization — we are actively working to resolve all identified issues in the timeframes noted above.

Feedback & Requesting Assistance

We genuinely want to know if you encounter an accessibility barrier on our platform. Your feedback directly drives our prioritization. If you are having difficulty accessing any content or feature on the ROI platform, please contact us and we will work to provide the information or functionality you need through an accessible alternative.

Assessment Approach & Review Schedule

This accessibility statement is based on a self-assessment of the ROI platform conducted in March 2026. We used the WAVE accessibility evaluation tool (wave.webaim.org) and manual keyboard navigation testing. A formal third-party WCAG audit is planned for Q4 2026 as the platform matures.

This statement is reviewed and updated every six months, or when significant changes are made to the platform. Next scheduled review: September 27, 2026.

This statement was prepared in accordance with the Web Accessibility Initiative's model accessibility statement template (w3.org/WAI/planning/statements/).
